Currency

All prices are listed in US dollars.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Bank debit cards are also accepted. You may also use PayPal as an alternate method of payment.

All orders must be pre-paid. Your credit card or PayPal account is charged at the time you place the order. Check or Money orders are also accepted.

Note: If you pay by check, your order will ship after the check clears our back. This may delay the arrival of your order by up to seven (7) to ten (10) days.


Our Boxes

Everything we do at theRunnerStickers is done to bring you great products at the lowest possible prices. Vanity boxes and expensive Styrofoam packing peanuts provide little value to our customers, so look for a unique closeout box to arrive on your doorstep. Inside, you’ll find your items packaged nicely in over-issue newspaper. It’s our attempt at being “green” — and saving you money.


Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service by email or phone within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. We will replace your item and arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect merchandise

To exchange merchandise that is in new condition and original packaging, customers must contact Customer Service within 14 days from the shipping date of the order. A restocking fee up to 25% of the item value will be applicable. Customer will be responsible for the return of merchandise.

All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Customer Service, and issued an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to be processed. Please note shipping charges or any international fees/duties/taxes incurred are not refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to place the order. Credit card refunds will be made to the same credit card used to place the purchase. Please be prepared to verify the method of payment used to place the order.

Shipping & Devlivery

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total cost of $25.00 or more, when shipped by USPS.

Shipping and handling costs for orders under $25.00 is a flat $0.75.

These costs are based on USPS Priority Mail within the United States.

Orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Japan or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Notification

You will receive an email notification the day your order leaves our warehouse. This notification will automatically be sent to the email address that you provide on your order.

Orders shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail can be tracked at www.usps.com.

Please note that because of increased use of software to filter spam or junk mail, your email service provider or account may bounce (reject) this automated email notification.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship same day when ordered by 4:00pm Eastern USA time Monday through Friday. All other times, and holidays, orders ship the next business day.

Delivery Time:

We promise to ship orders as quickly as possible, especially Priority Mail orders. We cannot be held accountable for the United States Postal Service’s delivery or transit times. Priority Mail orders, will be shipped the next business day we are open.

We reserve the right to charge actual shipping cost for certain unique orders. If the items you ordered are in stock your order will ship within 2-3 business days. If some of the items you order are not in stock we may hold your order for up to 15 business days so that it may ship complete. Some items may become unavailable or be discontinued entirely.
